Help the City of Halstad plan for the future by completing the 2020 Halstad Community Survey.

There will be a survey arriving by mail to all Halstad residents with their utility bill.  The survey is being used to collect a number of different aspects of the community, including the possible re-purposing of the school.  The survey is being created by the Northwest Regional Development Commission, as part of the City’s Comprehensive Plan.  Submit paper surveys to the utility office by September 14th, 2020.

Residents also have the option of taking the survey online instead of submitting a paper copy.  Click on the link below to take the survey online by September 14th, 2020.
