Lucas Spaeth
Superintendent
Lucas started working for the utilities on June 7, 2010. He holds an Electrical Lineworker degree, a Class C Wastewater Treatment Facility Operator License and a Class C Water Supply System Operator License. He serves as President on the Northern Municipal Power Agency(NMPA) Board, which Halstad is a member of, and also as a liaison between NMPA and Minnkota Power.

Tony started working for the utilities on March 3, 1997. He holds a Diesel Technology degree, a Class C Wastewater Treatment Facility Operator License, and a Class C Water Supply System Operator License.
Alli Tice
Office Coordinator
Alli started working for the utilities on April 2, 2007. She has an Associates in Applied Science Accounting degree.

Matthew started working for the utilities on June 29, 2022. He has an Electrical Lineworker degree and an Electrical Technology degree.
