Lucas started working for the utilities on June 7, 2010.  He holds an Electrical Lineworker degree, a Class C Wastewater Treatment Facility Operator License and a Class C Water Supply System Operator License.  He serves as President on the Northern Municipal Power Agency(NMPA) Board, which Halstad is a member of, and also as a liaison between NMPA and Minnkota Power.

Tony started working for the utilities on March 3, 1997.  He holds a Diesel Technology degree, a Class C Wastewater Treatment Facility Operator License, and a Class C Water Supply System Operator License.  

Amanda started working for the utilities on August 7, 2023.  She has work experience in equipment maintenance and locating.

Jeff started working for the utilities on June 1, 2023.  He has 10+ years experience in customer service and is a great addition to the utilities!
