If you are wanting to install a fence on your property, please fill out the fence permit above and return to the City of Halstad.
Building permits are not required in the City of Halstad, but you must complete the above Zoning Permit if you alter the exterior of your home or property.
All dogs and cats with in the City of Halstad must be registered per ordinance 91.02 B.
